Joy Hadden - Office ManagerWorking behind the scenes, Ms Joy handles the day to day financial operations. From paying bills to making payroll, making deposits, balancing bank accounts, meeting with accountants and working with state and federal regulatory agencies, Joy keeps the wheels of our Veterinary Hospital turning smoothly. In 1969, Joy married her high school sweetheart and worked hard to help put him through Veterinary College. Together, Will and Joy have 3 grown daughters, 3 wonderful son-in-laws and 6 grandchildren. Joy loves spending time with the grandchildren. She also loves traveling (especially to Maine), collecting antiques, designing and making vintage style jewelry, arts and crafts, reading and Christian ministry to children via Bible Study Fellowship. Joy has a very spoiled rescued cat named Purdy.
Cindy Haire - Hospital Manager
Cindy has been working for Dr. Hadden since 1984. Cindy is a native East Texan. She was raised in Lindale, and now lives on 229 acres in Edom. Cindy owns and raises cattle and owns horses, goats, alpacas, pot bellied pigs, mules, donkeys, chickens, dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish. She enjoys team roping with her husband Tim, riding four-wheelers, and spending time with their three beautiful children.
Karen Tietz - Receptionist
Karen has been our receptionist since 2007. Previously, she was our groomer for three years. Karen grew up in Los Angeles and Colorado Springs before ending up in Tyler. She enjoys hanging out with Brian, her fiancee, three dogs (Mia, Sasha and Moose), two cats (Mr. Tuna and Marshall), a cockatiel (Petrie), and many fish. Karen loves to spend time outside, fishing and reading.
Mary Hunt - Veterinary Technician
Mary has been with the Gresham Veterinary team since 2003. Mary enjoys horseback riding, scuba diving, riding Harleys on road trips, and traveling.
Rebekah Roberts - Veterinary Technician
Rebekah moved to Texas from Southern California in 2004 and joined our team. On her time off, she enjoys wakeboarding, horseback riding, reading, scuba diving, and spending time with family and friends. She has three horses (Jetta, Cinco, and Dawn), three boxers (Penny, Zeus, and Gizmo), and a cat (Cupid).
Jessica Sulser - Veterinary Technician
Jessica has been with us since 2007. She enjoys spending time with her new husband, Justin, camping, outdoor activites, reading, and playing with her nieces. She currently owns three dogs (Nova, Grady, and Maggie), and a cat named Miller.
Donna Andrews - Veterinary Technician
Donna has been our relief technician since 1996. She is invaluable for her ability to help whenever needed. She enjoys horseback riding, cutting, traveling, and scuba diving. Donna currently has six horses (Smoke, R.B., D.J., Little, B.G., Rocket, and Brick), a German Shepard named Rocky, and a cat named Hobo.
Nikole Ainsworth - Veterinary Technician
Nikole has been with Gresham Veterinary Hospital since 2009. She enjoys reading, training her Arabian gelding, and raising Boer goats. She currently owns one horse (Cisco), three dogs (Diesel, Bri, and Fate), and many goats.
Hoot - Professional Mouser
Hoot has been a Gresham Veterinary Hospital mascot for many years. She is approximately between 9-12 years old. (No one knows for sure since she has been here for so long!) She enjoys laying in the sun, harassing dogs, attacking the hands (and feet) of those who feed her, and exploring horse trailers and other vehicles that come her way.
Nubbin - Professional Bug Eater
Nubbin is a recent addition to the Gresham Veterinary Team. After getting hit by a car, she had to have her tail amputated by our skilled doctors. She has quite a personality and enjoys sunbathing and being pet by clients.
